What you get on your phone
Every tracker we sell reports to an app you install on your own phone. On monitored units, a control room watches the alerts around the clock and works with the police if the vehicle is taken. We set the alerts up with you at the point of fitting rather than emailing you a PDF, because the settings that matter depend on whether the car sits on a drive, a shared car park or a farm track.
Fitting, hiding and testing
A tracker is only as good as its install. We hide the unit where a thief working quickly will not find it, keep the wiring inside existing looms so nothing looks disturbed, and avoid the obvious spots that anyone who has watched a video on the subject will check first. Once it is in, we drive the vehicle and confirm the position, speed and alert path all report correctly before we pack up. Vehicles under manufacturer warranty are wired without cutting factory connectors, which keeps dealers happy at service time.
Running costs, subscriptions and support
Monitored trackers carry an airtime and monitoring subscription because someone has to answer the phone at three in the morning. Self monitored units are cheaper to run but the responsibility sits with you. We show both options on this page with the real yearly figure, not a headline monthly price that quietly excludes VAT. Support afterwards is included: app questions, changing a phone, adding a second driver, checking the unit after body repairs.
